HASAN KALYONCU UNIVERSITY YOUNG KADEM COMMUNITY

Hasan Kalyoncu University Young KADEM Community is a community that operates in the field of youth policies. It has been established with the aim of contributing to be a virtuous, dynamic, entertaining, competent and successful young people who play an active role in the construction of social youth, strong human values.

Aim

To support existing projects by developing social responsibility projects and to inform our young friends and to spread social awareness. We organize workshops, panels, trainings, cultural trips and field studies for young people. By conveying KADEM’s activities to young people, we both inform our young friends about gender equality based on justice and spread the social awareness.

We continue our work with an effort to be beneficial to country values ​​and sociocultural structure.

Activities

  • Introductory Tea / Our Meetings
  • We organized a “Dating Tea” to talk about the events we will hold during the period and to meet our members.

Social Awareness Projects:

  • We collected pencils, erasers and pencil sharpeners to deliver the ALES exit to our little friends in village schools.
  • We organized a very good event by carrying out awareness activities on the campus due to December 5, International Women’s Rights Day. We had a small quiz show with envelopes containing the names of women who broke grounds in Turkish history.
  • We prepared small treats for our little friends, stray cats, and distributed cat food to our friends on campus.
  • We gave life to goodness by donating blood to the Red Crescent with our members and welcoming donors with a smile.
  • We celebrated March 8 International Women’s Day by distributing carnations on the campus.

 

  • We carried out the “Send in a Book for Our Brothers in Izmir” campaign, which we organized to heal the wounds after the earthquake in Izmir.

 

  • During the pandemic process, we continued our activities online from our social media account. We had sincere conversations by talking about the work of our club and the events we did by making live broadcast programs.
