HASAN KALYONCU UNIVERSITY YOUNG TEMA COMMUNITY
Young Tema Club is a community run under the TEMA Foundation. The main objectives of Tema Foundation are combating erosion, afforestation and protection of natural assets. It is known as the most widespread non-governmental organization in Turkey in the field of nature conservation. For this purpose, our group strives to provide education for children and young people, to organize activities for afforestation and protection of living things, as well as to have fun and spend time in the best way. Our group is aware that a beautiful and hopeful tomorrow is possible with the increase of children and conscious young people who have grown up with love and strives for this. In short, Young Tema Community; Reminding and practicing such good feelings and behaviors of young people who know how to love, who are conscientious and respectful to each other, in fact, it is a public operation in which a group of uncomfortable young people who strive to be the human being that every person should be.
Aim
To raise individuals who are aware of the environment they live in and the elements that threaten nature, and who try to protect the soil, the plant, that is, the environment that provides life to it, and who benefit their environment As individuals with common sense towards the environment they live in, to raise the necessary awareness to people who have lost their common sense.
Mission
By instilling love in human beings, it is to approach and protect both plants, humans and animals with love, to protect and reproduce every beauty of nature, to be aware of the efforts of nature for us, to support the life of every living creature that exists in nature and to endeavor to raise children who grow up with this consciousness.
Vision
Protecting the problems of the society in which they live, with the logic that protecting is the most necessary human operation; It is to look to the future with hope with children who protect the environment they live in, approach every living creature with love and have been educated for this purpose.

Activities
The foundation of society is children and if we want to change the society’s thoughts and lives; we must start with the children who are the architects of our future. We, as a community, are based on this idea, and with this thought, we gave information to Emine Fevzi Uslu Primary School and İstiklal Primary School about the importance and protection of the soil and nature.
We participated in the sapling planting event organized by the Gaziantep Zirve Mountaineering Community. Gathering a sapling with soil is perhaps the most important action we can do for our future and future generations.
We visited one of the animal shelters opened to protect the animals in need.
Today, carbon emissions are dangerous and biodiversity, which is planned to be left as a legacy to future generations with the increase of carbon emissions, is faced with serious threats due to climate change. And Şehitkâmil District Responsibility We participated in the bicycle tour that we organized to draw attention to Climate Change and to reduce our carbon footprint.
Today, environmental pollution and its consequences have reached threatening levels, and as a group, we participated in the Environmental Cleaning activity we held in Erikçe Orman Park with our Gaziantep TEMA and Yavru TEMA. All together to a cleaner world
