HASAN KALYONCU UNIVERSITY LEUKEMIA BENEFIT COMMUNITY
As Hasan Kalyoncu University students, we formed our community in order to support our children and their families with leukemia and to have a place in the children’s hearts and innocent smiles, based on the words “There are two ways of making light: either being a lamp or a reflecting mirror.” In April 2019, 9 people took this road. While we became the land, our children became the most beautiful flowers planted. We are grateful to our children, their families, supporters, our school and you who read this article, our supporters who irrigate our land, and those who firmly root in flowers, who do not and will not leave.
Aim
In this life where many people come to live and our children with leukemia fight and win against this disease, we set out to be a ray of hope for them and their families, to provide morale and motivation, and to show that we are by their side in material and spiritual terms.
Mission
With our responsible community members who are aware of the value of creating a smile on a child’s face; is a community established with the aim of making our children who are being treated for blood cancer and who have been separated from their right to quality life, smile.
Vision
HKÜ LÖSEV Benefit Community; is at the forefront not only within the school but also outside of the club with the loyalty, awareness and responsibility it has brought to its members; It has adopted a vision to include members who strive for ‘better’ every moment of the children receiving treatment.

Activities
Our hospital visits:
Hospital visits We aim to make them spend pleasant time in the hospital with our regular and continuous hospital visits, and to leave good memories as playmates. In this way, our visits are very precious to us thanks to the fact that the children who come to the hospital by force and unwillingly come happy with the idea that their sisters will come, and the feedback we receive from the families, as well as the reflections of the spiritual mood of our visiting school friends in books or even if others tell them.
Our Kermes:
Kermesler We try to make our playmates and our beautiful heroes who are treated in hospital visits happy with the income of our bazaars, which we make with the permission of the school in order to bring gifts at times such as holidays and New Year’s, with gifts such as toys, holiday gifts and gift vouchers. In addition, our members experience the beauty of working together by making cakes and meals at home for people they do not know.
Our gift distributions:
We think that the most important factor in a difficult disease and treatment period such as cancer is morale and motivation. In order to be a little happy, we want to leave pleasant memories not only as playmates but also as sisters and brothers on their special days.
