HASAN KALYONCU UNIVERSITY DANCE OF COLORS COMMUNITY

As Hasan Kalyoncu University students, we formed the Dance of Colors community as 2 presidents in October 2019 in order to socialize outside the classroom and to enrich our university life with art. Our community is interested in all areas of visual art. (Charcoal drawing, marbling, dot work, relief… etc.)

Aim

Art has existed since the day humanity existed. It is a need and an effort to express ourselves. Some of us try to express their thoughts with poetry, some with music, some with novels, and some through painting. As Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said, a nation without art means that the life veins of a nation have been severed. We, as our community, provide opportunities to develop in many areas of development such as our handicraft, general culture and creativity, together with socializing under the branch of painting.

Mission

It is a community that allows our members who are interested and talented in visual arts to improve themselves with this community.

Vision

The Dance of Colors Group has adopted the vision of its members to find original solutions, to think, produce and develop original by discovering the individual talents and aesthetic critical aspects of visual art in all areas of their lives.

Activities

Pencil drawing training:

Our school’s teacher, Öğr. See. We started our education with Atiye Göner. We have developed our members in drawing from the most basic to the difficult.

Book collection for the library:

We collected about 400 books for a high school that contacted us and asked for help for its newly established libraries in Gaziantep, although it was not related to the purpose of our community, we made the students happy and delivered them to the school with our members.
